Kolak Ubi Saus Durian

Bahan:
500 gr ubi merah, potong kotak 1 cm
200 gr sagu mutiara, rebus matang
250 gr nata de coco
Bahan Kuah Durian:
250 gr gula pasir
1500 ml santan dari 1 ½ btr kelapa
1 sdt garam
300 gr durian matang dengan bijinya
Cara Membuat:
1. Rebus bahan kuah durian sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan ubi merah, masak sambil diaduk hingga matang.
3. Tambahkan sagu mutiara dan nata de coco . Angkat lalu hidangkan dingin.
